IsPenAware

Checks the capability of an application to handle pen events by returning
cached task pen flags.
Note This function is provided only for compatibility with version 1.0 of the Pen
API and will not be supported in future versions. Use GetPenAppFlags instead.
UINT IsPenAware( )
Return Value
Returns the registration flags word set by a previous call to the SetPenAppFlags function. If SetPenAppFlags has not been called, IsPenAware returns 0.
