DrawArrow
DrawArrow draws an arrow to indicate the symbol value returned from the SREC
recognizer. SREC returns a compass direction determined from the start and end points of
the stroke. DrawArrow reads the direction in vsyvSymbol and diplays an appropriate arrow.
