CreatePenDataHRC
The CreatePenDataHRC function returns a handle to an HPENDATA object that contains the raw data used for recognition. In the example code
above, AddPenInputHRC has already done the work of storing the pen data into an internal HPENDATA. Thus, the hypothetical CreatePenDataHRC function outlined below simply duplicates the internal object.

LPHRCinternal lphrc = (LPHRCinternal) hrc; // Pointer to HRC
// Clone the internal HPENDATA and return its handle
