Action Handles
In version 2.0, edit controls have small icons called action handles. Action handles provide the user a more intuitive and discoverable means for
carrying out certain editing tasks than do gestures. With action handles, the
user can:
- Select text.
- Cut, copy, and paste.
- Change the insertion point.
- Drag-and-drop a selection.
- Access a menu of options.
